SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- A fee of Rs. 200/- will apply to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders*.
- COD is available for orders under Rs. 6000/-.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location.

- All prices listed are inclusive of all taxes.
*The COD order fees is non refundable if the order is cancelled or not accepted by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At POTNSEā¢, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason youāre not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy in India, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The Return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Store Credit: In the event of a return request being accepted, we do not offer refunds. You will be issued store credit for the value of the item(s) at the time of your purchase. The credit can be used on any future purchases at Potnse.com and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- In-Transit Damage: Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for an exchange. Please inspect your item upon delivery and take a picture of any visible damage. Claims for in-transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for assistance. In such cases, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available then a store credit will be issued.Ā
- Wear and Tear: Over time, normal wear and tear is not considered a fault or defect in the product. Products showing signs of use, damage due to improper care, or aging will not be eligible for return or exchange under this policy.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at care@potnse.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Non-Eligible Items: Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with promotional discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation: Cancellation is accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
- Refund Process: If cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not offer cash refunds.
- Post-Processing Cancellations: If cancellation is not accepted because the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to the standard return policy.
